Two days ago, we came back from Europe. We visited more than a dozen customers in France, Switzerland and Germany. The 12-day trip was tough, but the result was sweet. 👣
We visited the customers' workshops, exchanged injection molding technologies face to face, and answered some of the customers' questions. At some customers, we also had the meeting to communicate the ongoing mold projects. 🗣
We are very grateful for the customers' warm hospitality.
Through this trip, we have a deeper understanding of the customers' needs and also know the areas where we need to improve.
